Thomas Hewgley

Thomas is a lifelong Memphian, attending high school, college and law school in the Bluff City.  For 20 years prior to his law career, he was a commercial real estate broker and advisor.  In addition to his advisory, he was a full-time investor and operator of multifamily and office properties in both Tennessee and Arkansas.   Now in his law career, Thomas focuses on real estate, zoning, environmental defense, civil litigation, and handling Payment-In-Lieu-Of-Taxes (PILOT) matters.
