Nick West has made Memphis his home after attending the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. He currently represents clients in real estate transactions and probate matters. Nick is licensed in both Tennessee and Arkansas where he can facilitate the purchase and sale of real estate and issue title insurance through Bradsher Alpert Stuart, PLLC.

Ray Beliles was born in Nashville, TN and now has over forty-five years of experience in practicing law in Memphis Tennessee with practice concentrating on real estate transactions. He has experience in representation of developers, builders, banks, and mortgage lenders and title insurance companies in both residential and commercial transactions. Ray has worked closely with Real Estate brokers and affiliates over the years in helping draft and coordinate contracts and closings of transactions.

Liz Stuart was born and raised in southern Illinois, about 50 miles southeast of St. Louis. Her family has been investing in real estate in Illinois for over 60 years. Her parents were not only agents, but her father was a broker and a licensed appraiser for some time. Liz has been living, breathing and discussing real estate all of her life. In Atlanta, Liz started a career in real estate closings, which lead to her becoming a named partner in a large real estate firm in the Atlanta area. Liz performed over 1,000 closings during that time. In 2007, she left that firm to start her own firm and diversify her own practice. From November 2007 through May 2016, Liz practiced federal civil defense litigation at Stuart & Johnston, LLC. Since 2016, Liz has been managing residential and commercial real estate closing transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Liz is an approved and licensed title-insurance agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Matthew Bradsher has called Memphis his home almost his entire life. Matthew focuses his practice on real estate transactions where he represents buyers, sellers, investors, and lenders in both commercial and residential deals. He also has a concentrated practice in Environmental Court where he represents property owners in condemnation appeals and Neighborhood Preservation Act defenses. Matt also represents receivers in Environmental Court as they repair and refresh properties all around the City of Memphis.

Alex Alpert was born in Virginia Beach, VA, but has called Memphis home since he was four years old. After graduating law school from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, he came back to Memphis and began his legal career. Alex has experience handling both transactional and litigation matters regarding real estate. Alex focuses much of his litigation practice on clearing title to real estate and has substantial experience in representing both buyers and sellers in tax sale matters. Alex also assists clients in both estate planning and probate matters.
